Summary/Abstract: During the inheritance debate, the deceased’s estate included, among other things, shares held by the deceased in a limited liability company, as well as amounts of money in the accounts of the author of the inheritance, and it was to be determined whether these could be qualified as personal or joint assets, the spouses being married under the legal community regime.
