Summary/Abstract: There is a logical correlation between the concepts of objective right and subjective right, in the sense that no subjective right can exist, unless it is consecrated in the objective right, one of the purposes of objective right consisting in the creation of subjective rights that can be used and exercised by the holders to whom they are recognized.
