Summary/Abstract: Biblical and Patristic Theology Landmarks Regarding the Promotion and Development of Inter-Relationships, for the Achievement of Lasting Peace. Christianity is the source from which European culture began, in which in order to build representative perennial values, it was necessary to build peace, for the fulfillment of higher ideals. From this perspective, in order to eliminate social tensions, including in the Romanian space, the Church is a main area of encounter between the sacred and the profane, in which asperities are diluted and often annihilated. Neutral from the point of view of political options, but not indifferent to social challenges, the Church is present in the public space through socio-educational-cultural programs, especially considering its role as a factor of social peace.
