Summary/Abstract: The years 2025 and 2026 remain marked in golden letters in the calendar of the development of public law in Romania. In 2025 we celebrated the centenary of the “Paul Negulescu” Institute of Administrative Sciences. Created in 1925, this Institute has carried with dignity the torch of Romanian public law in all that is most valuable within it. Over time, important personalities have ennobled it, foremost among them the great professor Paul Negulescu.
