Summary/Abstract: Education in a Culture of Respect for Differences and Prevention of Religious Hatred and Intolerance. The Role of Academic Institutions in Combating Antisemitism after 7 October 2023. The paper examines the role of Italian and European Universities in promoting a culture of respect for diversity and combating religious intolerance. European and national strategies to combat antisemitism emphasize the importance of the educational role of universities and of scientific cooperation among different institutions, both for building societies capable of ensuring the effective protection of human rights and for countering the growing phenomenon of antisemitism, which has increased since 7 October 2023.
