Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the issues related to cyber security and threat reduction in cyberspace, but presented not in their technical aspect, but as issues related to the relations between individual countries, especially those in the Asia-Pacific region. The need for inter-state regulations in this very rapidly developing area of public life is pointed out.
