Summary/Abstract: In the presented paper a SWOT analysis of the Digital Silk Road project is made. It analyzes its strengths and weaknesses, as well as the opportunities and threats it poses for the countries directly involved in the project’s construction, and the shifting balance of power for the entire region - both technologically and diplomatically.
