Summary/Abstract: The article explores the profound mutation of legal normativity in the context of the emergence of Lex Cryptographica, the set of self-executing rules generated by blockchain architectures and autonomous algorithmic systems. Starting from the idea that law is no longer the exclusive product of institutional will, but of technological architecture, it analyzes that legal sovereignty is in a phase of structural reconfiguration, in which the code acquires the normative function equivalent to classical legal rules. In this context, the article argues that this mutation is not a simple matter of technological efficiency, but an epistemic and axiological challenge for the rule of law: who produces the norm, who legitimizes it and who is responsible for its effects in a system governed by decentralized algorithms? In this context, Lex Cryptographica becomes a test of the capacity of law to remain coherent, responsible and legitimate in an environment in which normativity is generated without a single human author. By correlating sovereignty, responsibility and technological architecture, the article proposes a flexible reading of the rule of law, in which legal authority is not abandoned, but redefined as a process of integration, control and assumption of automated decisions. The question „Quo vadis, justice?” thus becomes not a lament, but a theoretical framework for the reconstruction of the legal order in an algorithmic society.
