Summary/Abstract: The article addresses the tension between traditional legal order (nomos) and the emergent normativity of the digital environment (digital chaos), analyzing how modern technologies, such as artificial intelligence and blockchain, generate autonomous rules and direct legal effects. The research hypothesis is based on the premise that classical legal sovereignty is challenged by technological autonomy, and the law must adapt in order to remain relevant. The main objective of the study is to identify the ways in which digital normativity can be integrated into a coherent legal framework while preserving the fundamental principles of legal order. The methodology combines doctrinal analysis with the study of European and Romanian case law, as well as the analysis of current legislation regarding data protection, AI regulation, and digital assets. The research findings indicate that it is possible to construct an adaptive digital nomos capable of harmonizing technological autonomy with state sovereignty through reflexive control mechanisms and audits of automated decisions. The study emphasizes the theoretical implications, the redefinition of sovereignty and normative authority: and the practical implications, the development of legal instruments that allow the integration of emerging technologies without compromising the coherence and legitimacy of the law.
