DISCIPLINARY RESPONSIBILITY OF NOTARIES IN THE JUSTICE SYSTEM OF BIH

Summary/Abstract: In this paper we will talk about discipline responsability of notary in judicial system of Bosnia and Herzegovina. By using legal method and comparative method we will try to show is it possible that this kind of responsability exists side by side with other kind of responsability which exist in judicial system such as criminal responsability and civil responsability. Also, we will try to show is this kind of responsability similar or the same with disciplinary responsability of other bearers of judicial functions such as judges and prosecutors. International framework regarding discipline responsability of notary is very important so we will analyze international standards regarding this question. Finally, we will conclude by discussing the legal nature of this responsibility, having in mind its specifity and potential solutions which will improve legal solutions of this questions in judical system in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
