DISCIPLINARY RESPONSIBLITY OF PROSECUTORS IN THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM OF BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA

Summary/Abstract: In this work we will talk about discipline responsibility of prosecutors in judicial system of Bosnia and Herzegovina. By using legal method we will analyze legal solutions regarding discipline responsibility of prosecutors, de lege lata and de lege ferenda. Also, we will analyze some legal solutions concerning this type of responsibility in the countries of Balkan region who have same or similar legal tradition like Bosnia and Herzegovina. By using social method there will be analyzed in which way this solutions were expressed in Bosnia legal reality and what type of evaluation positive or negative we can give regarding this topic. If we have everything in mind we will present some conclusions regarding discipline responsibility of prosecutors and suggest some future solutions de lege ferenda.
