Summary/Abstract: This publication examines the global internet governance model from a human rights perspective, focusing on the multiple levels of digital space regulation and analyzing the interaction between the emerging multistakeholder approach and the intergovernmental regulatory model traditionally rooted in international public law. It explores the process of integrating human rights as a foundational principle for regulating the global digital environment and considers how these rights are being adapted to new technological and social contexts. The third part of the study highlights the incorporation of human rights into the regulatory frameworks of the European Union and the United States, identifies key achievements in both legal regulation and self-regulation, and outlines the principal themes that will shape future dialogue on legal governance in the digital space.
