Summary/Abstract: The article analyses the modern concept of justice in law through reconstruction of founding philosophical and legal theoretical models. The aim of the research is to reach conclusions on the concretization of the concept in view of the need for its practical application as the basis for the formulation of legal rules and standards for their evaluation.
