Summary/Abstract: This article reviews the latest developments in artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, which are transforming the way humans communicate with digital minds, as well as the social ontology. Humans are inclined to recognise and legitimise the moral status of digital social actors, who are increasingly being used in various areas of social activity. Consequently, AI is evolving from a smart tool to a collaborator or accomplice. Consequently, it is crucial to consider AI’s capacity to express and defend its rights. The article reviews AI’s activity in artistic creation and explores the moral, ethical, and philosophical problems raised by the development of humanoid sex robots and their humanisation from various angles. It is noted that, thus far, problems and questions are mounting, but answers remain elusive due to a lack of broader insight into the evolving social ontology.
