Summary/Abstract: The present review article aims to present the major thematic directions, the interpretive landmarks, and the principal scientific results of the doctoral thesis “The Problematic and the Author’s Vision in Russian and European Literary Works about Vlad III Țepeș (Dracula)”, written by Oleg Talmazan within the Doctoral School of Philology at the “Alecu Russo” State University of Bălți, in the field of Philology, doctoral program 622.02 – World Literature and Comparative Studies (Russian language), and carried out under the supervision of the scientific coordinators: Associate Professor Dr. Suzanskaia Tatiana and Associate Professor Dr. Leahu Nicolae.
