Summary/Abstract: This article aims to present the work and results of three translation seminars from Hungarian into Italian, held in the summers of 2022, 2023, and 2024.The seminars were attended by Italian and Hungarian participants who, over the course of five days, worked together to translate literary, historical, and documentary texts related to the Treaty of Trianon and the reality and everyday life of the peoples of the Danube basin under the Monarchy and in the decades following the end of the Habsburg Empire.While the first part of the article focuses on the methodology used and the problems encountered in these practical experiences, the second part presents the fruit of the seminars: the Carlo Ferrario Translation Notebooks.
