Summary/Abstract: Although the question in the title is generally formulated, this study aims to reduce its scope to a particular hypothesis: What happens if a law is repealed, and subsequently the Constitutional Court finds the unconstitutionality of the law of repeal? Although it is not so common, the problem is important by the very possibility that such situations may occur in the future, but especially in the light of the legal effects that may be generated, effects suggestively contradicted by the title question: Do we still have, or do we no longer have law?
