8. Erroneous mention regarding the deadline of challenging the administrative provision in the procedure of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2006

Summary/Abstract: Art. 271 para. (1) of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2006 expressly provides the sanction which applies in case of non-observance of deadlines, without the provision of other legislative solution, depending on the mentions in the challenged deed. Thus, under the penalty of rejection of the complaint as being belated, it is submitted both to the Council and to the contracting authority, no later than the expiry date of the deadlines provided for in art. 2562.
