Summary/Abstract: Thus, on the basis of the Holy Scriptures, the apostolic tradition, the teaching of the Holy Fathers and the church legislation, it is specified that the indissolubility of marriage enters into the divine order of life, intended to ensure the unity of the family which represents the basic cell of society, with the purpose of procreation, the communion of helping spouses and abstaining from fornication.
