Technological solutions in the life cycle of the tourist product

Summary/Abstract: The implementation of technologies into the life cycle of the tourism product is not a new phenomenon. Like every sector in the economy, tourism also aims to optimize costs, improve revenues, track consumer behavior and make the guest's daily activities as easy as possible. For years, there has been a debate about where and how much technological solutions should be implemented in a sector that prioritizes personal relationships with guests. With the change of generations, the way of communication changes, and with it the way in which the tourism sector functions. This report aims to track the opportunities for implementing digital solutions in tourism products and to indicate the existing ones.
