Summary/Abstract: The following article outlines the warehouse management process at Frankie and Benny`s. The article presents a synthetic description of the management itself, logistics, logistics processes and tools to support logistics in the restaurant. The literature that is presented in detail is authored by well-known academics who have a considerable scientific background in the context of management, managerialism and logistics. At the very end, a summary is described, together with a proposal for the application of changes that can help to improve the operation of Frankie and Benny's.
