Summary/Abstract: The Court treated as an appeal the remedy at law entitled recourse, pursuant to article 24 and article 152 NCCP, considering the provisions of article 8 of the Law no. 85/2006, as amended by article 59 Title IV of the Law no. 76/2012, in conjunction with article 7 of the same law, and considering the time of application for opening insolvency proceedings.
