Summary/Abstract: The month of February finally brought the publication in the Official Gazette of the economic recovery measures, the increase of productive investments, and competitiveness—the so‑called “Package 3 of measures.” Government Emergency Ordinance No. 8/2026, published in the Official Gazette No. 147 of 25 February 2026, introduces tax facilities whose understanding and application become extremely important for taxpayers.
