THEORETICAL CONSIDERATIONS REGARDING CERTAIN PRINCIPLES THAT GOVERN THE ACTIVITY OF THE CIVIL SERVANT

Summary/Abstract: The principles of the Romanian civil service are found as obligations of European civil servants, as provided for in Title II of the Statute of civil servants of the European Union. Thus, we find the principle of legality that underlies the exercise of the Romanian civil service in the obligation of European civil servants to comply with the provisions of the European Treaties and other fundamental acts.
