BENCHMARKS OF CONSTITUTIONAL REVISION LEARNED FROM THE JURISPRUDENCE OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF ROMANIA

Summary/Abstract: A future constitutional review must use the additions obtained through the interpretation of the Romanian Constitution by the Romanian Constitution Court and constitutionalize rules and principles established in a jurisprudential way. All stipulations included in Constitutional Court decisions that were used for the ruling of Constitutional review initiatives must be taken into consideration.
