Some Aspects Regarding the Application of Constitutional Principles in Public Administration

Summary/Abstract: The public administration, both the activity and the organisational system, must be subdued to the law, therefore to the constitutional stipulations as well, as it implies a sensible, rational and efficient activity for the usage of human forces and financial resources in order to obtain the maximum results with as little effort as possible. The main principles of the local public administration are found in the written texts of the Constitution. Other principles analyzed in the present paper are detailed in other legislative acst, however, essentially, they do not represent anything else but a particularization and an analysis of different dimensions of constitutional stipulations.
