Summary/Abstract: Moses Rosenkranz: Unknown and barely read. It was only slowly that his work began to attract a wider audience. In the shadow of anonymity, he unfolds not only his own language, but also his view of the world, sharpening it with an outrageous choice of words, an expressive world of images and stringent logic within the line of thought. Images and metaphors show a pronounced intensity of what is seen and perceived, which never seems mannered or artificial. Poetry that attempts to capture what is experienced in order to shape it in language and make it clear in poetic reality, so that it continually touches on the experienced reality.
