Summary/Abstract: The publication is devoted to cyber conflict and the legal field of its existence. It is emphasized that the main scientific problem is the lack of a unified understanding of cyber conflict and its characteristic features. In turn, this creates a certain problem of creating a legal field of its existence. The main reason for this is the specificity of cyber conflict. Thus, it is shown that the problem of the legal field of cyber conflict remains open and requires an urgent solution.
