Summary/Abstract: The publication is devoted to a review of scientific publications of foreign scientists on the regulation of cyberspace. Emphasis is placed on the interest of foreign science in this field, on the one hand, and the lack of a unified strategy for the study of cyberspace, on the other hand. Special attention is paid to the human right to data confidentiality in cyberspace.
