Summary/Abstract: Cartoon plays a role of a court jester allowed to say practically everything in an entire course of history. But conditions for this had changed a little in the period of Reformation/Counter-Reformation, directly as the sacred plots of systems of belief supporting by „the Others“ were blasphemously profaning by the pictures making them ridicule or demonic. Something similar we can see in contemporary cross-cultural tensions between the Islamic world and the Euro-American civilisation – there is a brand new Batrachomyomachía in the world from the September 2005, apparently made visible in a dispute on editorial cartoon page in Jillands-Posten (Denmark) blaspheming the prophet Muhammad not only by picturing him (offending against the strong interdiction of the Islam), but, far from it, picturing him as a terrorist too. This is a point of view the paper search a possibility to formulate a deontological policy-making framing to prevent such impacts of ignorance into profession of faith matter by undress signals and cues of the political cartoon in the future.
