Summary/Abstract: The article provides a theoretical analysis of the problem of educational influence of musical art on the personality of students in secondary education, selected modern information period of XX-XXI centuries, in which scientific-teachers need to find the latest innovative tools for the organization of musical and educational activities in the student space. The study is devoted to the organization of musical and educational activities in educational institutions and the need for targeted pedagogical training, to combine fundamental music-pedagogical education with deep mastering of scientific bases of music-professional activity and practical mastering of means of music-educational work with formation of practical skills and abilities. The paper considers the problem of education of personality by a variety of modern means of studying musical art. It is determined that the process of purposeful musical education and development of children is carried out through many forms of organization of musicaleducational activity, which enrich its content and methods perception of classical and folk music. It is emphasized that the art of music has an educational effect on children, stimulates their activity, independence, evokes aesthetic feelings, creates a positive creative mood which should form spirituality, the morality of adolescents as growing young citizens to address issues of national values. It is proved that musical art is one of the effective means of musical and aesthetic education of students, which promotes the formation of perception of beauty in life, culture and art, activates artistic communication and self-expression, helps a person to become noble, affects his mental health, imagination, feelings, thoughts, will and dignity. The special role of the organization of music-educational work in educational institutions, which are entrusted with the functions of the leading source of formation of spiritual and aesthetic space of the individual for further growth of real citizens of the country for with the help of highly professional scientific and pedagogical specialists.
