Summary/Abstract: The article presents current aspects of the interpretation of folk musical works from the perspective of using them as a source of inspiration for the creation of new modern integrative genres in modern Eurointegration content. The aspect of artistic interpretation of a musical work is considered as a dynamic multifaceted, holistic artistic and pedagogical process, which includes aspects of interpretation in the system of a new philosophy of education in Euro-integration discourse by means of various types of art (music, literature, painting). It is emphasized that the interpreter, using various verbal, performing and pedagogical techniques, necessary forms, methods of work, reveals the artistic image of a musical work in a verbal (musicological, verbal-content, visual-associative, integral) integrative paradigm. Based on the methods and analysis of scientific research, the author made an attempt to analyze the phenomenon of interpretation of musical works in modern culture. Such concepts as "interpretation", "artistic image", "interpretative activity", "reinterpretation" are considered, the features of the methods of interpretation, its main aspects, the interpretation of works of folk musical creativity are revealed. Types of interpretation are described in a narrow and broad sense. It is proved that folk musical art is characterized by the language of artistic images and deep meanings, that the interpretation of works of musical art, on the one hand, depends on the symbolic language of a particular ethnic-national culture, on the other -reflects the subjective perception of folk musical works. In general, the article contains a comprehensive study of the interpretation of works of folk musical art as a phenomenon of artistic ethnoculture, considers the features of the method of interpretation, its functions and the degree of influence on the formation of the modern language of folk types of musical art. The issues of the significance of the phenomenon of interpretation for modern artistic pedagogy are considered. It is noted that the purpose of using the method of interpretation in music pedagogy is to apply the acquired knowledge and mastered methods of activity in the conditions of creative comprehension of the features of the implementation of artistic content in a specific musical work, and the value of the method of interpretation is to create a situation of artistic cognition of music.
