Summary/Abstract: The article examines problematic issues of interdisciplinary integration of physics with the disciplines of the natural cycle. The role of interdisciplinary integration is determined, which is an important means of forming a holistic view of the individual about the world, understanding the deep connections of phenomena and processes, preparing the graduate to solve complex problems of everyday life. The analysis of the works of domestic and foreign scientific literature in the aspect of the researched problem shows that: physics prepares an informational basis for solving interdisciplinary problems, as well as deepens and expands knowledge about the application of generalized skills or actions, equips students with implementation experience. This is the peculiarity of the interdisciplinary integration of physics with other natural sciences. It is specified that the implementation of interdisciplinary integration contributes to the formation of students’ imagination about the phenomena of nature and the interrelationships between them, which makes knowledge important and applicable. The specifics of the integration of physics with other disciplines of the natural cycle are determined. Methods of interdisciplinary integration of physics with other natural sciences are revealed. The model of training students for the implementation of interdisciplinary integration of physics with the disciplines of the natural cycle is substantiated. The components of the teacher’s readiness for the interdisciplinary integration of physics with other science subjects are determined, by which it is possible to judge the mastery of methods of activity to ensure the successful integration of the content of physics with other disciplines, at the axiological (orientational), substantive-procedural, and reflective-resultative levels. The principles of implementing the interdisciplinary integration of physics with the disciplines of the natural cycle are proposed. The need for a connection between educational subjects is proved, which is dictated by the didactic principles of education, its educational tasks, the connection of education with life, and the preparation of education seekers for practical activities. Emphasis is placed on the fact that the work on the implementation of interdisciplinary integration was systematic, permanent, purposeful and general for all science subjects.
