Summary/Abstract: The development of the innovative environment of the preschool education institution is actively supported by the use of such methods of training preschool teachers aimed at stimulating creative activity and professional growth of preschool teachers. The article highlights the use of these methods in the process of training teachers to create an innovative educational environment for working with preschool children. One of the key tasks of training preschool teachers in this direction is to master modern methods of working with children and the use of innovative pedagogical technologies. The use of interactive methods helps to increase the activity of educators in the process of professional training, to develop their creative imagination and to adapt to new challenges in the field of education. An analysis of the experience of practical application of innovative methods in the process of training educators to work in the educational and developmental environment of preschool education institutions was carried out. In the context of the research, attention is focused on the use of interactive methods (trainings, seminars, mentoring, etc.) and virtual reality technologies, game simulations, online courses, which contribute to the deepening of knowledge and practical skills of educators. The article highlights the issues of using innovative methods in the process of attesting and improving the qualifications of preschool educators, which allows systematizing and deepening professional knowledge and skills in the field of innovative pedagogy. Emphasis is placed on interactive methods of training preschool educators, which are an important tool for improving the professional skills of preschool teachers and developing their creative abilities in the modern educational environment.
