Summary/Abstract: The paper analyzes the application of the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) method on the Body Control Module (BCM), used in the automotive industry. By integrating preventive maintenance and reliability analyses, the aim is to reduce unplanned shutdowns and optimize system performance. The study is based on real data and highlights the benefits of TPM in the context of automotive electronics, but also the limitations encountered in practice. The contribution of the paper consists in highlighting an approach model applicable to the maintenance of complex electronic components.
