Summary/Abstract: This paper research the quality of the educational service of the graduate degree program in Project Management at the University of Applied Sciences Baltazar Zaprešić (Croatia), examining the perceptions of students and employers to provide a comprehensive picture of the program's success. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach with structured questionnaires among 137 students and 30 employers. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, with the key analysis method being the Importance–Performance (IP) analysis. This method allows for the systematic identification of differences between the importance of individual elements of the educational service or competencies and their actual implementation, thus identifying priority areas for improvement, maintaining existing good practices, or rationalizing resources. The results show that students highly value teaching and non-teaching staff, the usefulness of the acquired knowledge, and developed project competencies, while working hours, program quality, and the reputation of the program were identified as key areas for further improvement. The IP analysis conducted among employers indicates a high level of development of technical and behavioral competencies in graduates, while contextual competencies represent an area with potential for further development, emphasizing the importance of aligning the program with labor market requirements. The research findings confirm that systematic monitoring of the perceptions of students and employers enables more effective strategic resource allocation, program improvement, and competency development. The results provide clear guidelines for improving the competitiveness of the program and increasing the satisfaction of key stakeholders. At the same time, they highlight the importance of stronger integration of practical application, flexibility in the study process, and reputational elements into the quality management system of educational services.
