Summary/Abstract: Artificial Intelligence is revolutionizing the world. The spreading trend of AI is already entering everyday life, for example, through the use of chatbots. Utilizing the capabilities of artificial intelligence will transform modern enterprises. The case study method was employed in the research, which involves analyzing selected events, phenomena, or business entities. The aim of the article was to identify the possibilities of using artificial intelligence in the company Kamieniarstwo Zbanyszek. As part of the research, an interview was conducted with the company’s owner. The study was carried out in the form of an interview, providing answers to questions related to the use of AI in the logistics processes of the analyzed entity. The analyses show that in the studied entity, the area of customer service is related to providing information on the details of the order, and subsequently, after the stonemasonry service, providing feedback on the completed activities is problematic. Two solutions were proposed: creating a program using AI and machine learning to generate demand analyses, and a chatbot supported by artificial intelligence to improve the process of collecting customer feedback.
