Summary/Abstract: The article examines the influence of floral imagery on the portrayal of female characters in Konstantin Konstantinov’s novella ‘Love’. Through the use of the symbolic language of flowers, the female characters express themselves, communicate, and reveal their type of femininity, defined through the typology of German psychoanalyst Erich Neumann. The images of the mother, the virgin, and the seductress are ambiguous and intertwine into a multicolored palette, mirrored in the language of flowers.
