Summary/Abstract: The main topic of this paper are the features of the dependent adverbial clauses in the „Primer with Various Instructions” („Fish Primer”) by Petar Beron. The paper studies syntactic models and structures, types of the dependent clauses, their position in the complex sentences and the subordinating conjunctions. The observations are based on the excerpt of syntactic material taken from the „Fish Primer” by Petar Beron.
