Summary/Abstract: The paper concerns the questions of transforming knowledge in organization. Based on the research results and practical examples the paper documents the necessity of common binging the processes of organisation learning, creating the knowledge sharing culture and increasing the loyalty and truth in modern companies. The paper presents knowledge sharing concepts which are established at some fundamental elements.
