Summary/Abstract: This report analyzes the geopolitical transformation of the Eurasian region in the context of the rise of the Heartland and the erosion of the Rimland, focusing on Bulgaria's strategic position between these two spheres. The study is grounded in a realist analytical framework, incorporating SWOT analysis, scenario modeling, and historical comparisons. It presents four strategic scenarios for Bulgaria's development until 2075 and outlines key recommendations for strengthening national security, institutional resilience, and geo-economic autonomy. The central thesis affirms that only proactive strategy and long-term mobilization can transform the country from a geopolitical periphery into a subject of the emerging global architecture
