Summary/Abstract: In the context of rapid changes taking place in society, which in fact also affect business enterprises, the implementation and use of new techniques and innovative guidelines in the development of the enterprise is one of the most important tools that can ensure success in its continuity. Also, the development of the enterprise is an essential condition in achieving the proposed objective and obtaining a particularly valuable result in the future. Managers are employed in each enterprise who deal with the organization of the activity process, as well as with solving some problems that arise in the enterprise's activity. These managers represent an important value in the organization and operation of the enterprise. Therefore, managerial leadership must exert maximum effort in coordinating and supporting employees, who together can achieve considerable performance. In this context, the company leader must stimulate these key people through various sources of motivation, which in turn will make them strive for the planned objectives to be achieved within a reasonable time. The essence of the respective work consists in the study of managerial orientations in the development of enterprises, which represent innovative strategic visions to create added value. The purpose of the given work is to highlight the most innovative directions in the development of the company "IMEXAGRO" S.R.L., which, following the implementations, led to a favorable and continuous development in the long term.
