EFFICIENCY OF AGRICULTURAL MANAGEMENT IN THE DEVELOPMENT AND OPERATION OF THE AGRICULTURAL BUSINESS SECTOR

Summary/Abstract: This article describes the efficiency of agrarian management in the development and operation of the agricultural business sector in the Republic of Moldova. The authors investigate the emergence of management as a science and express their own opinion regarding the notion of management. Therefore, the author analyzes some economic indicators for the period of 2018-2022 and describes the most important influencing factors on the agricultural sector in the Republic of Moldova. In this context, the authors propose measures to improve the created situation and what agricultural managers should undertake. Based on this analytical approach, the authors highlight the most pressing problems and risks that stand in the way of the efficient organization of the agricultural sector, while also offering development proposals in this field. This article will be useful for teachers, students and researchers in the agricultural sector who deal with the sciences of the given field.
