Summary/Abstract: In the case interpretation article author describes development of crime proceedings in a criminal matter conducted by police authority National drug headquaters of criminal and investigation service under a code name „PALETA “. During preliminary proceedings police authority documented criminal aktivity of Turkish nationality, who operated in narcotics enviroment as heroin import broker and then as chlor-ephedrine dealer. In this proceeding it was neccesary to prove, that not-regulated substance was designated to metamphetamine production.
