Summary/Abstract: The article describes practical experience with freezing and following seizure of virtual assets, the methods of communication with companies trading with cryptocurrencies and investment platforms (Revolut, Coinbase, Nexo, Kraken and others). The author analyses the results and their proven qualities from a professional perspective and from his own work experience as a narcotics officer of the General Directorate of Customs, who deals with the investigation of this specific form of drug crime.
