Summary/Abstract: Video games have been present in museum and exhibition institutions already for several decades. However, adequate ways of exhibiting them still do not seem to have been proposed. This article addresses the issue of whether and in what context it is worthwhile to exhibit games in playable form and what some alternative (non-interactive) ways of presenting them might be.
