The Impact of Innovative Information Technology on the Effectivesness of the Tourism Enterprise Management

Summary/Abstract: The tourism industry is one of the sectors of the economy that requires fast and smoothflow of information. Technological solutions have a huge impact on the quality of servicesprovided by tourism companies around the world. Customer service becomes more effec-tive, personalized and comfortable for travelers thanks to them. The aim of the article wasto show the impact of information technology on the management of a tourism enterprise.Therefore, the basic and most important goal of the study was to collect and presentempirical material regarding the importance of information technology in the practicalmanagement of a selected enterprise. The implementation of the goal was possible thanksto the conducted surveys. The results of the study confirmed that the discussed tech-nologies have a significant impact on the management of a tourism industry enterprise.
