Summary/Abstract: In the historical evolution of the fundamental sources of law, custom is the first form of its manifestation, based on the idea of conduct, as an essential element of man's relationship to society. Each nation, at one time, used to have some of the most diverse traditions, both locally and in general. Custom is an important source of law that takes this form when recognized by the state power and thus enjoys legal force.
