Summary/Abstract: "Central auditory processing disorders (CAPD) – a type of eurodiversity – are increasingly commonly diagnosed in school-aged children. They pose difficulties in auditory information processing in the central nervous system. They might cause learning difficulties, including foreign language difficulties, especially in English as differences between requencies of Polish and English languages are significant. Due to a niche in issuing certificates of special education forchildren with central auditory processing disorders in Poland, creating and implementing recommendations on howto work and support students with these disorders is necessary. This paper aims to provide selected practical solutions for teachers, as well as therapists, specialists, and parents of supporting students with central auditory processingdisorders as students with special educational needs. Recommendations are based on the current literature and ownexperience. Individual approach, as well as environmental and compensatory approaches are discussed."
