Summary/Abstract: New technologies made mankind enter the universal co~nmunication ipoque. Neutralizing the distance, they contribute to the creation of the societies of the future. none of which, because of these technologies, had equivalent in the past. The most detailed and up-to-date information is quickly available to anybody in the entire world. Not only will interaction enable societies to receive mformation but will also allow them to conduct a dialogue, discussion, mformation & knowledge transfer with no time or space limitations. Yet, one cannot forget that evolution shall not include the unprivileged population of the less developed areas, still quite numerous, particularly Inhabitants of the regions lackmg electricity. It needs to be reminded that yet half of the world population does not have access to various services provided by telephone network.
